View Bills Online or make a Credit Card Payment
Customers can view their bills online now by logging into their account, or use the same website to use HCWD's Online Credit Card payment provider. Viewing your last 12 month's bills is free, however there is a fee associated with a credit card payment. To login, you will need your full account number and password from your bill. The Office can be contacted if you have an issue logging in. Follow the link below. Please be aware, this service may not show your true account balance as it is not a live system. In addition, to avoid cutoff, bills must be paid prior to the 25th of the month as cutoff crews go out on the morning of the 25th of each month
Auto Bill Pay
Henderson County Water District offers auto bill pay through your checking account every month. To sign up you need to stop in our office to fill out a form to sign up and we will need a voided check or a letter from your banking institution with your account information.
HYPER-REACH
Henderson County Water District participates in HYPER-REACH. Even if you signed up through CODE RED previously, you will have to re-sign up with HYPER-REACH. Emergency notifications and Boil Water Advisories are sent out through it. To sign up, click the button below.

Electronic Billing
Follow the link below to signup for your bills to be sent to you via email. You will have to log into your account with the same password used to pay with a credit card. Customers can also use this link to change an email address.
